อุปาทานิยํ ธมฺมํ ปฏิจฺจ อุปาทานิโย ธมฺโม อุปฺปชฺชติ เหตุปจฺจยา: อุปาทานิยํ เอกํ ขนฺธํ ปฏิจฺจ ตโย ขนฺธา จิตฺตสมุฏฺฐานญฺจ รูปํ เทฺว ขนฺเธ ... ปฏิสนฺธิกฺขเณ ขนฺเธ ปฏิจฺจ วตฺถุ วตฺถุํ ปฏิจฺจ ขนฺธา เอกํ มหาภูตํ ... ฯ ยถา โลกิยทุกํ เอวํ กาตพฺพํ นินฺนานากรณํ ฯ -----------
อุปาทานนิยธรรม อาศัยอุปาทานิยธรรม เกิดขึ้น เพราะเหตุปัจจัย คือ ขันธ์ ๓ และจิตตสมุฏฐานรูป อาศัยขันธ์ ๑ ที่เป็นอุปาทานิยธรรม ขันธ์ ๒ ฯลฯ ในปฏิสนธิขณะ หทัยวัตถุ อาศัยขันธ์ทั้งหลาย ขันธ์ทั้งหลาย อาศัยหทัยวัตถุ มหาภูต-*รูป ๑ ฯลฯ. โลกิยทุกะ เป็นอย่างไร พึงกระทำอย่างนั้น ไม่แตกต่างกัน.
สภาวธรรมที่เป็นอารมณ์ของอุปาทานอาศัยสภาวธรรมที่เป็นอารมณ์ ของอุปาทานเกิดขึ้นเพราะเหตุปัจจัย ได้แก่ ขันธ์ ๓ และจิตตสมุฏฐานรูปอาศัยขันธ์ ๑ ที่เป็นอารมณ์ของอุปาทานเกิดขึ้น ฯลฯ อาศัยขันธ์ ๒ ฯลฯ ในปฏิสนธิขณะ ฯลฯ หทัยวัตถุอาศัยขันธ์เกิดขึ้น ขันธ์อาศัยหทัยวัตถุเกิดขึ้น ... อาศัยมหาภูตรูป ๑ ฯลฯ (พึงทำเหมือนโลกิยทุกะ ไม่มีข้อแตกต่างกัน) อุปาทานิยทุกะ จบ
