เกนสฺสุ นียติ โลโก เกนสฺสุ ปริกิสฺสติ กิสฺสสฺส เอกธมฺมสฺส สพฺเพว วสมนฺวคูติ ฯ
เทวดาทูลถามว่า โลกอันอะไรย่อมนำไป อันอะไรหนอย่อมเสือกไสไป โลก ทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามอำนาจของธรรมอันหนึ่งคืออะไร ฯ
เทวดาทูลถามว่า โลก ถูกอะไรนำไป ถูกอะไรผลักไสไป อะไรเล่าเป็นธรรมอย่างหนึ่งที่โลกทั้งหมดตกอยู่ในอำนาจ พระผู้มีพระภาคตรัสตอบว่า โลกถูกจิตนำไป ถูกจิตผลักไสไป จิตเป็นธรรมอย่างหนึ่งที่โลกทั้งหมดตกอยู่ในอำนาจ จิตตสูตรที่ ๒ จบ @เชิงอรรถ : @ โลก ในสูตรนี้และสูตรต่อๆ ไปในวรรคนี้หมายถึงสัตว์โลก
