ปญฺจหิ อนุรุทฺธ ธมฺเมหิ สมนฺนาคโต มาตุคาโม กายสฺส เภทา ปรํ มรณา สุคตึ สคฺคํ โลกํ อุปปชฺชติ ฯ กตเมหิ ปญฺจหิ ฯ สทฺโธ จ โหติ หิริมา จ โหติ โอตฺตปฺปี จ โหติ อนิสฺสุกี จ โหติ ปญฺญวา จ โหติ ฯเปฯ
ดูกรอนุรุทธะ มาตุคามผู้ประกอบด้วยธรรม ๕ ประการ เมื่อแตกกายตายไป ย่อมเข้าถึงสุคติโลกสวรรค์ ธรรม ๕ ประการเป็นไฉน คือมาตุคามเป็นผู้มีศรัทธา ๑ มีหิริ ๑ มีโอตตัปปะ ๑ ไม่มีความริษยา ๑ มีปัญญา ๑ดูกรอนุรุทธะ มาตุคามผู้ประกอบด้วยธรรม ๕ ประการนี้แล เมื่อแตกกายตายไปย่อมเข้าถึงสุคติโลกสวรรค์ ฯ
“อนุรุทธะ มาตุคามประกอบด้วยธรรม ๕ ประการ หลังจากตายแล้วจะไปเกิดในสุคติโลกสวรรค์ ธรรม ๕ ประการ อะไรบ้าง คือ ๑. มีศรัทธา ๒. มีหิริ ๓. มีโอตตัปปะ ๔. ไม่ริษยา ๕. มีปัญญา ฯลฯ อนิสสุกีสูตรที่ ๓ จบ
