๕. สมิทธิทุกขปัญหาสูตร ว่าด้วยพระสมิทธิทูลถามปัญหาเรื่องทุกข์
ทุกฺขํ ทุกฺขนฺติ ภนฺเต วุจฺจติ กิตฺตาวตา นุ โข ภนฺเต ทุกฺขํ วา อสฺส ทุกฺขปญฺญตฺติ วาติ ฯเปฯ ปญฺจมํ ฯ
... ข้าแต่พระองค์ผู้เจริญ ที่เรียกว่า ทุกข์ ทุกข์ ดังนี้ ด้วยเหตุเพียงเท่าไร พระเจ้าข้า จะพึงเป็นทุกข์ หรือบัญญัติว่าทุกข์ ฯลฯ จบสูตรที่ ๕
