โยนิโส จ โข ภิกฺขเว มนสิกโรโต อนุปฺปนฺโน เจว สติสมฺโพชฺฌงฺโค อุปฺปชฺชติ อุปฺปนฺโน จ สติสมฺโพชฺฌงฺโค ภาวนาปาริปูรึ คจฺฉติ ฯเปฯ
ดูกรภิกษุทั้งหลาย ก็เมื่อภิกษุมนสิการโดยแยบคาย สติสัมโพชฌงค์ที่ยังไม่ เกิด ย่อมเกิดขึ้น และที่เกิดแล้ว ย่อมถึงความเจริญบริบูรณ์ ฯลฯ
“ภิกษุทั้งหลาย อนึ่ง เมื่อภิกษุมนสิการโดยแยบคาย สติสัมโพชฌงค์ที่ยังไม่เกิดย่อมเกิดขึ้น และที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วย่อมถึงความเจริญเต็มที่ ฯลฯ อุเบกขาสัมโพชฌงค์ที่ยังไม่เกิดย่อมเกิดขึ้น และที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วย่อมถึงความเจริญเต็มที่” โยนิโสมนสิการสูตรที่ ๖ จบ
