อุ. ดูกรอาวุโส พระผู้มีพระภาคตรัสว่า ตทังคนิพพานๆดังนี้ ฯลฯ จบสูตรที่ ๙
ท่านพระอุทายีถามว่า ผู้มีอายุ พระผู้มีพระภาคตรัสว่า ‘ตทังคนิพพานตทังคนิพพาน’ ฯลฯ ตทังคนิพพานสูตรที่ ๙ จบ ๑๐. ทิฏฐธัมมนิพพานสูตร ว่าด้วยทิฏฐธัมมนิพพาน
ท่านพระอุทายีถามว่า “ผู้มีอายุ พระผู้มีพระภาคตรัสว่า ‘ทิฏฐ- ธัมมนิพพาน ทิฏฐธัมมนิพพาน’ ผู้มีอายุ ด้วยเหตุเพียงเท่าไรหนอ พระผู้มีพระภาคจึงตรัสทิฏฐธัมมนิพพาน @เชิงอรรถ : @ ตทังคนิพพาน หมายถึงความดับกิเลสด้วยองค์นั้นๆ คือดับกิเลสด้วยฌานนั้นๆ มีปฐมฌานเป็นต้น@(องฺ.นวก.อ. ๓/๔๖-๕๑/๓๑๖) @ ทิฏฐธัมมนิพพาน หมายถึงนิพพานในปัจจุบัน (องฺ.นวก.อ. ๓/๔๖-๕๑/๓๑๖)
