๖. ปาราปริยเถรคาถา ภาษิตของพระปาราปริยเถระ ทราบว่า ท่านพระปาราปริยเถระได้กล่าวคาถาไว้ดังนี้ว่า
|๒๕๓.๑๑๖| ๖ ฉ ผสฺสายตเน หิตฺวา คุตฺตทฺวาโร สุสํวุโต อฆมูลํ วเมตฺวาน ปตฺโต เม อาสวกฺขโยติ ฯ ปาราปริโย เถโร ฯ
เราละผัสสายตนะ ๖ ประการได้แล้ว เป็นผู้คุ้มครองทวารสำรวมด้วยดี กำจัดเสียได้ซึ่งสรรพกิเลส อันเป็นมูลรากแห่งวัฏฏทุกข์ บรรลุความสิ้น อาสวะแล้ว.
เราละผัสสายตนะ ๖ ได้แล้ว คุ้มครองสำรวมระวังทวาร ๖ ด้วยดี กำจัดสรรพกิเลสอันเป็นมูลรากแห่งวัฏฏทุกข์ได้หมดแล้ว จึงหมดสิ้นอาสวะ
