ชนเหล่าใดแลพยายามในทางร้ายกาจ ย่อมเบียดเบียนมนุษย์ทั้งหลาย ด้วยการกระทำอันเจือด้วยความผลุนผลันก็ดี ด้วยการกระทำมีความ ประสงค์ต่างๆ ก็ดี ชนเหล่านั้นกระทำทุกข์ให้แก่ผู้อื่น ฉันใด แม้ผู้อื่น ก็ย่อมทำทุกข์ให้แก่ตน ฉันนั้น เพราะนรชนทำกรรมใดไว้ดีหรือชั่วก็ตาม ย่อมเป็นผู้รับผลแห่งกรรมที่ตนทำไว้นั้นโดยแท้.
ชนเหล่าใดเหล่าหนึ่งผู้มีความพยายามร้ายกาจ เบียดเบียนมนุษย์ทั้งหลายด้วยการกระทำที่เจือไปด้วยความผลุน ผลันก็ดี ด้วยการทำที่มีความประสงค์ต่างๆ กันก็ดี แม้ชนเหล่านั้นก็ย่อมเกลี่ยตนลงในเหตุนั้นเหมือนกัน เพราะกรรมย่อมไม่สูญหาย
คนทำกรรมใดไว้ ดีหรือชั่วก็ตาม เขาย่อมเป็นผู้รับผลของกรรมนั้นที่ตนทำไว้โดยแท้
