ผู้ใดขัดขวางหรือไม่อำนวยความสะดวกแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่งปฏิบัติ หน้าที่ตามมาตรา ๖๗หรือฝYาฝZนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ซึ่ สั่งตามมาตรา ๖๗ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
