Section ๖๘

ในกรณีที่ผู้เสียภาษีมิได้ชำระภาษีภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ให้เสียเบี้ยปรับร้อยละ สี่สิบของจำนวนภาษีค้างชำระ เว้นแต่ผู้เสียภาษีได้ชำระภาษีก่อนจะได้รับหนังสือแจ้งเตือนตามมาตรา ๖๑ ให้เสียเบี้ยปรับร้อยละสิบของจำนวนภาษีค้างชำระ
