Section ๓๔

รถใดที่จดทะเบียนแล้วแม้จะไม่ได้ใช้ก็ต้องเสียภาษีประจำปีตามมาตรา ๒๙หรือมาตรา ๓๑แล้วแต่กรณี และมาตรา ๓๒เว้นแต่เจ้าของรถจะแจ้งการไม่ใช้ต่อนายทะเบียน ก่อนถึงกำหนดเสียภาษีประจำปีครั้งต่อไป ทั้งนี้ ตามหลัเกณฑ์ วิธีการและเงื่อนไขที่ กำหนดใน กฎกระทรวง
