Section ๕๕๓

ผู้เช่าจำต้องสงวนทรัพย์ินที่เช่านั้นเสมอกับที่วิญญูชนจะพึงสงวน ทรัพย์สินของตนเอง และต้องบำรุงรักษาทั้งทำการซ่อมแซมเล็กน้อยด้วย
