Section ๘๐๙
เมื่อตัวการมีประสงค์จะทราบความเป็นไปของการที่ได้มอบหมาย แก่ตัวแทนนั้นในเวลาใดๆซึ่งสมควรแก่เหตุ ตัวแทนก็ต้องแจ้งให้ตัวการทราบ อนึ่งเมื่อการเป็น ตัวแทนนั้นสิ้นสุดลงแล้วตัวแทนต้องแถลงบัญชีด้วย
