เมื่อมีคำวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดในเรื่องค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมแล้ว ให้หัวหน้าสำนักงานประจำ ศาลยุติธรรมชั้นต้นทำบัญชีแสดงค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมที่คู่ความทุกฝ่ายได้เสียไปโดยลำดับ และจำนวนที่คู่ความฝ่ายใด ฝ่ายหนึ่งหรือทั้งสองฝ่ายจะต้องรับผิดตามคำวินิจฉัยชี้ขาดของศาล คู่ความหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องอาจขอสำเนาบัญชี เช่นว่านั้นได้
