Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgated[๒๖๓] นอกจากกรณีที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๒๕๓และมาตรา ๒๕๔คู่ความชอบที่ จะยื่นคำขอต่อศาล เพื่อให้มีคำสั่งกำหนดวิธีการเพื่อคุ้มครองประโยชน์ของผู้ขอในระหว่างการพิจารณาหรือเพื่อ บังคับตามคำพิพากษา เช่น ให้นำทรัพย์สินหรือเงินที่พิพาทมาวางต่อศาลหรือต่อบุคคลภายนอก หรือให้ตั้งผู้จัดการ หรือผู้รักษาทรัพย์สินของห้างร้านที่ทำการค้าที่พิพาท หรือให้จัดให้บุคคลผู้ไร้ความสามารถอยู่ในความปกครองของ บุคคลภายนอก คำขอตามวรรคหนึ่งให้บังคับตามมาตรา ๒๑มาตรา ๒๕มาตรา ๒๒๗มาตรา ๒๒๘มาตรา ๒๖๐ และมาตรา ๒๖๒
