[๒๘๖] ในกรณีที่มีกฎหมายบัญญัติให้นำบทบัญญัติแห่งประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณา ความแพ่งไปใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลมกับการดำเนินการบังคับคดีตามคำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาลอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ศาล ยุติธรรม คำว่า ศาลยุติธรรม ตามมาตรา ๒๘๕วรรคสองให้หมายถึงศาลนั้น
