[๓๔๖] การบังคับคดีในกรณีที่คำพิพากษาหรือคำสั่งของศาลกำหนดให้ลูกหนี้ตามคำ พิพากษาส่งคืนหรือส่งมอบทรัพย์เฉพาะสิ่งแก่เจ้าหนี้ตามคำพิพากษา ถ้าบทบัญญัติในหมวดนี้มิได้กำหนดวิธีการ บังคับคดีไว้โดยเฉพาะ ให้นำบทบัญญัติในหมวด ๒การบังคับคดีในกรณีที่เป็นหนี้เงินมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
