Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgated[๓๙] การยื่นและส่งคำคู่ความและเอกสารในลักษณะนี้ไม่ว่าการนั้นจะเป็นโดยคู่ความ ฝ่ายใดทำต่อศาลหรือต่อคู่ความอีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง หรือศาลทำต่อคู่ความฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง หรือทุกฝ่าย รวมทั้งการแจ้งคำสั่ง ของศาลหรือข้อความอย่างอื่นไปยังคู่ความหรือบุคคลอื่นใด อาจดำเนินการโดยทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรือสื่อ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอื่นใดก็ได้ ทั้งนี้ ตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อกำหนดของประธานศาลฎีกาโดย ความเห็นชอบของที่ประชุมใหญ่ศาลฎีกา และเมื่อข้อกำหนดนั้นประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาแล้วให้ใช้บังคับได้
