การบังคับตามคำสั่งของศาลตามความในมาตรา ๔๖หรือการร้อง ขอให้ศาลสั่งให้ใช้เงินเมื่อผู้ทำทัณฑ์บนประพฤติผิดทัณฑ์บนตามความในมาตรา ๔๗นั้น ถ้ามิได้บังคับ หรือร้องขอภายในกำหนดสองปีนับแต่วันที่ศาลมีคำสั่ง หรือนับแต่วันที่ผู้ทำทัณฑ์บนประพฤติผิดทัณฑ์ บนจะบังคับหรือร้องขอมิได้
