ผู้ใดทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ซ่อนเร้น เอาไปเสีย หรือทำให้สูญหายหรือ ไร้ประโยชน์ ซึ่งทรัพย์หรือเอกสารใดที่ได้ส่งไว้ต่อศาล หรือที่ศาลให้รักษาไว้ในการพิจารณาคดี ต้อง ระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินห้าปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
