ผู้ใดแต่งกายหรือใช้เครื่องหมายที่แสดงว่าเป็นภิกษุ สามเณรนักพรต หรือนักบวชในศาสนาใดโดยมิชอบเพื่ อให้บุคคลอื่นเชื่อว่าตนเป็บุคคลเช่นว่า้น ต้องระวางโทษ จำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
