เมื่อเจ้าพนังานสั่งผู้ที่มั่วสุมเพื่อกระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๒๑๕ให้ เลิกไป ผู้ใดไม่เลิก ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกพันบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
