บรรดาทรัพย์สิน
(๑) ซึ่งได้ให้ตามความในมาตรา ๑๔๓มาตรา ๑๔๔มาตรา ๑๔๙มาตรา ๑๕๐ มาตรา ๑๖๗มาตรา ๒๐๑หรือมาตรา ๒๐๒หรือ
(๒) ซึ่งได้ให้เพื่อจูงใจบุคคลให้กระทำความผิดหรือเพื่อเป็นรางวัลในการที่บุคคลได้ กระทำความผิด ให้ริบเสียทั้งสิ้นเว้นแต่ทรัพย์สินนั้นเป็นของผู้อื่นซึ่งมิได้รู้เห็นเป็ใจด้วยในการ กระทำความผิด
