ผู้ใดขุดหลุมหรือราง หรือปลู ปักหรือวางสิ่งของเกะกะไว้ในทาง สาธารณะโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือทำได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย แต่ละเลยไม่ แสดงสัญญาณตามสมควรเพื่อป้องกันอุปัทวเหตุ ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินห้าพันบาท [อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๖แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวล กฎหมายอาญา(ฉบับที่ ๒๒)พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘]
