ผู้ใดไล่ ต้อน หรือทำให้สัตว์ใด ๆเข้าในสวน ไร่ หรือนาของผู้อื่นที่ได้ แต่งดินไว้ เพาะพันธุ์ไว้ หรือมีพืชพันธุ์หรือผลิตผลอยู่ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่ เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ [อัตราโทษ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยมาตรา ๖แห่งพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวล กฎหมายอาญา(ฉบับที่ ๒๒)พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘]
