Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedผู้ใดกระทำความผิดดังระบุไว้ต่อไปนี้นอกราชอาณาจัจะต้องรับโทษใน ราชอาณาจักรคือ
(๑) ความผิดเกี่ยวกับความมั่นคงแห่งราชอาณาจัตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๑๐๗ ถึงมาตรา ๑๒๙ (๑/๑)๙ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการก่อการร้ายตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๑๓๕/๑มาตรา ๑๓๕/๒มาตรา ๑๓๕/๓และมาตรา ๑๓๕/๔
(๒) ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการปลอมและการแปลง ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๒๔๐ถึง มาตรา ๒๔๙มาตรา ๒๕๔มาตรา ๒๕๖มาตรา ๒๕๗และมาตรา ๒๖๖(๓) และ(๔) (๒ทวิ)๑๐ ความผิดเกี่ยวกับเพศตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๒๘๒และมาตรา ๒๘๓
(๓) ความผิดฐานชิงทรัพย์ ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๓๓๙และความผิดฐานปล้น ทรัพย์ ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๓๔๐ซึ่งได้กระทำในทะเลหลวง
