ลักษณะ ๒ บทบัญญัติที่ใช้แก่ความผิดลหุโทษ
5 sectionsความผิดลหุโทษคือ ความผิดซึ่งต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาทหรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
บทบัญญัติในลักษณะ ๑ให้ใช้ในกรณีแห่งความผิดลหุโทษด้วยเว้นแต่ ที่บัญญัติไว้ในสามมาตราต่อไปนี้
การกระทำความผิดลหุโทษตามประมวลกฎหมายนี้แม้กระทำโดยไม่ มีเจตนาก็เป็นความผิด เว้นแต่ตามบทบัญญัติความผิดนั้นจะมีความบัญญัติให้เห็นเป็นอย่างอื่น
ผู้ใดพยายามกระทำความผิดลหุโทษ ผู้นั้นไม่ต้องรับโทษ
ผู้สนับสนุนในความผิดลหุโทษไม่ต้องรับโทษ
