ให้คณะอนุกรรมการ หน้าที่อนุฯ ประจำจังหวัดมีหน้าที่พิจารณากำหนดราคาประเมิน จังหวัด ทุนทรัพย์เพื่อใช้ในการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมจด ทะเบียนสิทธิและนิติกรรมสำหรับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ ตั้งอยู่ในเขตจังหวัดนั้น หรือในท้องที่หนึ่งท้องที่ใดใน เขตจังหวัดนั้นเพื่อเสนอขอความเห็นชอบจาก คณะกรรมการกำหนดราคาประเมินทุนทรัพย์
