ให้ใช้ประมวลรัษฎากรตามที่ตราไว้ต่อท้ายพระราชบัญญัตินี้เป็นกฎหมาย ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑เมษายนพุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๒เป็นต้นไป เว้นแต่บทบัญญัติในลักษณะ ๒หมวด ๖ว่า ด้วยอากรแสตมป์นั้น ให้ใช้เป็นกฎหมายตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑มิถุนายน พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๒เป็นต้นไป
