Section ๑๒๕

ผู้ใดออกใบรับไม่ถึง ๑๐บาทสำหรับมูลค่าตั้งแต่ ๑๐บาทขึ้นไป หรือแบ่งแยกมูลค่าที่ได้ชำระนั้น เพื่อหลี เลี่ยงการเสียอากรก็ดี จงใจกระทำ หรือทำตราสารให้ผิด ความจริง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ปฏิบัติตามบทบัญญัติแห่งหมวดนี้ก็ดี มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกิน สองร้อยบาท
