ในกรณีที่ผู้ประกอบการอยู่นอกราชอาณาจักร ให้ผู้มีหน้าที่ รับผิดชอบในการประกอบกิจการรวมตลอดถึ ลูกจ้าง หรือผู้ทำการแทนซึ่งมีอ นาจในการจัดการ แทนโดยตรงหรือโดยปริยายที่อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มร่วมกับบุคคลตาม มาตรา ๘๒
