ให้อธิบดีอำนาจกำหนดให้ตัวแทนของผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบียน จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับกิจการที่ตนทำการแทนได้ตามที่เห็นสมควร แม้ว่าตัวแทนนั้นจะมิได้เป็น ผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบีย การจัดทำรายงานของตัวแทนตามมาตรานี้ให้เป็นไปตามแบบ หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่อธิบดีกำหนด
