ให้บุคคลซึ่งประกอบกิจการที่อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของหมวดนี้มีหน้าที่ ๓๓)พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๑ ๒๕๓๔ เสียภาษีตามบทบัญญัติในหมวดนี้ ในกรณีผู้ประกอบกิจการอยู่ อกราชอาณาจัรให้ผู้มีหน้าที่ บผิดชอบในการ ประกอบกิจการรวมตลอดถึงลูกจ้าง ตัวแทนหรือผู้ทำการแทนซึ่งมีอำนาจในการจัดการแทนโดยตรง หรือโดยปริยายที่อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นผู้มีหน้าที่เสียภาษีร่วมกับบุคคลตามวรรคหนึ่ง
