Section ๒๐๒
เงินเดือน เงินประจำตำแหน่ง และประโยชน์ตอบแทนอื่นของผู้พิพากษาและ ตุลาการ ให้เป็นไปตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติ ทั้งนี้ จะนำระบบบัญชีเงินเดือนหรือเงินประจำตำแหน่งของ ข้าราชการพลเรือนมาใช้บังคับมิได้ ให้นำความในวรรคหนึ่งมาใช้บังคับกับกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง ผู้ตรวจการแผ่นดิน กรรมการ ป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ และกรรมการตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน ด้วยโดยอนุโลม
