บทบัญญัติมาตรา ๒๕๙ มาตรา ๒๖๐ มาตรา ๒๖๑ วรรคสอง และ มาตรา ๒๖๓วรรคหนึ่ง ให้ใช้บังคับกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ ตามที่คณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปราม การทุจริตแห่งชาติกำหนดด้วยโดยอนุโลม เล่ม ๑๒๔ ตอนที่ ๔๗ ก คณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติอาจเปิดเผยบัญชีแสดงรายการ ทรัพย์สินและหนี้สินและเอกสารประกอบที่มีการยื่นไว้แก่ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียได้ ถ้าเป็นประโยชน์ใน การดำเนินคดีหรือการวินิจฉัยการกระทำความผิด ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติประกอบรัฐธรรมนูญ ว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต
