บุคคลย่อมมีสิทธิต่อต้านโดยสันติวิธีซึ่งการกระทำใด ๆ ที่เป็นไปเพื่อให้ได้มา ซึ่งอำนาจในการปกครองประเทศโดยวิธีการซึ่งมิได้เป็นไปตามวิถีทางที่บัญญัติไว้ในรัฐธรรมนูญนี้
