บุคคลมีหน้าที่รับราชการทหาร ช่วยเหลือในการป้องกันและบรรเทาภัยพิบัติ สาธารณะ เสียภาษีอากร ช่วยเหลือราชการ รับการศึกษาอบรม พิทักษ์ ปกป้อง และสืบสาน ศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชาติและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ทั้งนี้ ตามที่กฎหมายบัญญัติ
