Section ๒๙
สมาชิกสภาปฏิรูปแห่งชาติต้องไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๘ (๒) (๓) (๔) (๕) (๖) (๗) (๘) และ
(๙) และให้นำความในมาตรา ๙ มาใช้บังคับแก่การสิ้นสุดสมาชิกภาพของ สมาชิกสภาปฏิรูปแห่งชาติโดยอนุโลม แต่การวินิจฉัยตามมาตรา ๙ วรรคสอง ให้เป็นอำนาจของ สภาปฏิรูปแห่งชาติ
