Section ๑๕๔
การเสนอญัตติขอเปิดอภิปรายทั่วไปตามมาตรา ๑๕๑ มาตรา ๑๕๒ หรือมาตรา ๑๕๓ แล้วแต่กรณี ให้กระทำได้ปีละหนึ่งครั้ง ความในวรรคหนึ่งไม่ใช้บังคับแก่การเปิดอภิปรายทั่วไปตามมาตรา ๑๕๑ ที่สิ้นสุดลงด้วยมติ ให้ผ่านระเบียบวาระเปิดอภิปรายนั้นไป
