ในกรณีที่ผู้อนุญาตเห็นว่าการโฆษณาใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๒๒ หรือมีการใช้ ข้อความโฆษณาไม่เป็นไปตามที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้อนุญาต ให้ผู้อนุญาตมีอำนาจออกคำสั่งอย่างใด อย่างหนึ่งหรือหลายอย่าง ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ให้แก้ไขข้อความหรือวิธีการในโฆษณา
(๒) ห้ามการใช้ข้อความบางอย่างที่ปรากฏในการโฆษณา
(๓) ห้ามการโฆษณาหรือห้ามใช้วิธีการใดในการโฆษณา
(๔) ให้โฆษณาเพื่อแก้ไขความเข้าใจผิดที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ในการออกคำสั่งตาม
(๔) ให้ผู้อนุญาตกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการโฆษณาโดยคำนึงถึง ประโยชน์ของประชาชนกับความสุจริตใจในการกระทำของผู้ทำการโฆษณา
