ในการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินของผู้ต้องหา หากมีหลักฐานเป็นที่เชื่อได้ว่าทรัพย์สินใด ของผู้อื่นเป็นทรัพย์สินที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการกระทำความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดของผู้ต้องหา โดยได้รับทรัพย์สินนั้นมาโดยเสน่หาหรือรู้อยู่ว่าทรัพย์สินนั้นเป็นทรัพย์สินที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับการกระทำ ความผิดร้ายแรงเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด ให้คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินมีอำนาจสั่งให้มีการตรวจสอบ ทรัพย์สินของผู้นั้นด้วย และในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วน ให้นำความในมาตรา ๖๘ วรรคสอง มาใช้บังคับด้วยโดยอนุโลม เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก หนา้ ๔๓
