ห้ามผู้ใดผลิตหรือนำเข้าสารระเหย โดยก่อนนำออกจำหน่าย ไม่จัดให้มีภาพ เครื่องหมาย หรือข้อความที่ภาชนะบรรจุหรือหีบห่อที่บรรจุสารระเหยเพื่อเป็นการเตือนให้ระวังการใช้ สารระเหยดังกล่าว ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ เงื่อนไข และปริมาณที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมกำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
