เมื่อได้ดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๑๐๓ แล้ว ให้คณะกรรมการประจำหน่วยเลือกตั้ง เปิดหีบบัตรเลือกตั้งต่อหน้าประชาชนที่อยู่ ณ ที่เลือกตั้ง แล้วดำเนินการนับคะแนน
