ห้ามมิให้ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งนำบัตรเลือกตั้งที่ออกเสียงลงคะแนนแล้วแสดงต่อผู้อื่น เพื่อให้ผู้อื่นทราบว่าตนได้ลงคะแนนเลือกหรือลงคะแนนไม่เลือกผู้สมัครผู้ใด
