ให้คณะกรรมการจัดให้มีแผนการดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๔๐ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติ หน้าที่แต่ละกรณีเป็นไปโดยไม่ชักช้า และแล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้
