Section ๕๕

ผู้ใดไม่ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งตามมาตรา ๒๕

(๑) โดยไม่มีเหตุอันสมควร หรือฝ่าฝืน มาตรา ๒๘ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
