ในกรณีที่ต้องมีการไต่สวน ให้องค์คณะผู้พิพากษากำหนดวันเริ่มไต่สวน โดยแจ้งให้โจทก์จำเลยทราบล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดวัน
