ผู้สมัครอาจแนะนำตัวได้ตามวิธีการและเงื่อนไขที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด บุคคลอื่นซึ่งมิใช่ผู้สมัคร จะช่วยเหลือผู้สมัครในการแนะนำตัว ต้องปฏิบัติตามวิธีการและเงื่อนไข ตามวรรคหนึ่ง
