ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดกระทำการใดอันเป็นการขัดขวางหรือหน่วงเหนี่ยวมิให้ผู้มีสิทธิ เลือกเข้าไป ณ สถานที่เลือก หรือมิให้ไปถึง ณ สถานที่เลือกภายในกำหนดเวลาที่จะเลือก
