ผู้ใดขัดขืนไม่ยอมออกจากสถานที่เลือกตามมาตรา ๙๔

(๗) มาตรา ๙๕(๗) หรือมาตรา ๙๖(๔) ต้องระวางโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๗๑
